July Virtual Conference: The New Push For Workplace Equity

to
From Day One is a conference series and media outlet focused on innovative ways for companies to foster stronger relationships with their employees, customers, and communities. At a time when society holds businesses to a rising level of accountability, From Day One explores how companies can build well-grounded values into their business—diversity, responsibility, transparency—and stick with them in an economy driven by disruption.

At a time of unprecedented focus on both racial and economic inequality, the discussion will explore the concrete steps corporations can take to help close these gaps. Issues include pay equity, recruiting and developing talent, accountability. and finding new ways to talk frankly about the concept of equity in the workplace. Today, more is expected. This event aims to give tools and actionable insights to go beyond words and bring change to your organization.

This half day virtual event will include keynote, fireside chat, and panel discussions on our virtual main stage, as well as workshop sessions, chat, and one-on-one networking opportunities that will facilitate interaction with our presenters and your fellow participants.

From Day One is a SHRM Recertification Provider. This session is eligible for 4 PDCs. The Activity ID will be sent to attendees after the conclusion of the session.
