IASA - FIAT/IFTA Joint Conference 2020

to
675 people attending
Collaborate, Connect, Transform

A partnership of world experts in media and audiovisual archives

For the first time in more than 25 years the FIAT/IFTA Executive Council and the IASA Board have decided to join forces and organize a joint conference with an integrated programme. The 51st IASA Conference will also be the 44th Conference of the Fédération Internationale des Archives de Télévision / The International Federation of Television Archives (FIAT/IFTA).

Together with our host Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ, Ireland's national broadcaster) , a long-standing and active member of both organisations, supported by BBC Northern Ireland., we bring together the two leading associations in broadcast, media, sound and audiovisual archiving.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainties it brings, the Organising committee has made the decision to host a virtual conference instead of a physical meeting.

Despite the changed circumstances, we will endeavour to make this a successful event.

On behalf of IASA, FIAT/IFTA, and RTÉ we look forward to welcoming you online at the FIAT/IFTA - IASA Conference 2020!
