Welcome to the first Latinas in Tech Engineering Mixer!

Do you work in engineering and want to connect with other Latina engineers?

On Thursday, you'll join a casual and supportive environment where you can chat about workplace challenges and wins, or what it’s *really* like to be the only Latina on your engineering team.

Chances are you’ll find someone “who gets it” and you’ll leave feeling better connected to your community.

Format:

You can expect a speed networking format where every 5 minutes you’ll be paired with a Latina engineer.

Be sure to wrap up your convo before the time runs out! Once you say goodbye, or see you later, you can click the “I’m ready” button and you’ll meet your next match.

Know before you go:

You can connect with any of the Latina engineers or recruiters you meet, but in order to do so, you’ll need to click the “connect” button so you can automatically exchange your contact info.
Before the networking begins, our team will welcome you on the main stage. We ask that you arrive within the first 5 minutes from the start of the event, so we can all be together before we break off to separate rooms.
You can jump between the “main stage” and “networking” at any time by clicking the buttons to the left of your screen.
We invited some recruiters to join us in case you are looking for new opportunities. If you don’t want to match with a recruiter, simply select the “Meet Other Latinas” ticket option.
