Bristol Zoo Gardens
European brown bears and grey wolves at Bristol Zoological Society’s Wild Place Project began living side by side together for the first time in a UK Zoo – during the spring lockdown. The four bears and five wolves were given access to the same woodland exhibit within Wild Place’s award-winning Bear Wood when Wild Place was closed to visitors.
