The Role

Hopin is seeking Head of Customer Programs & Automated Success who is strategic, customer centric, and passionate about creating a world-class experience for the thousands of SMB clients that host events with us every day. 

We’re looking for a leader who has the cross-functional expertise to build and scale the success of this critical segment, in close partnership with our cross-functional leadership team. 

In this role, you will:

  • Create, own, and lead the SMB success playbook in collaboration with our distribution leaders, including key revenue drivers and successful strategies to deliver customer happiness
  • Drive end to end experience for our SMB event organizers, to grow recurrent revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our Distribution, Technology & Product teams to improve our SMB experience, and all of Hopin, based on customer insights and scaling needs
  • Build out necessary resources for our users and internal teams 
  • Scale the SMB organization as business dictates

Desired Skills/Experience: 

  • 4+ years of go-to-market and operational leadership experience, ideally within the SMB segment
  • 3+ years of working in SasS-based businesses
  • Deep experience in high transaction business 
  • Passion for making customers and users successful
  • Leadership experience in a fast-growing company
  • Proven and consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • History of building and scaling customer- and user-centric processes and teams
  • Outstanding executive presence, verbal and written communication skills
  • Top notch analytical, project management, and collaborative skills 

Nice to Have 

  • Previous experience with a video platform
  • Experience working at an early stage, hyper-growth startup
  • Event planning or organizing experience
