The role

Hopin’s Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Business Operations and Sales Leadership to create automated systems and processes for our sales teams. This position is highly specialized in sales technology and setting up sales operations for scaling. You will play a key role in moving users through the customer journey, optimizing conversions, and tracking metrics. As Hopin’s sales team scales, your work will ensure that our sales pipeline is optimized to maximize conversion across the entire pipeline.

Some representative projects: build our sales tech stack, design variable commission structures, define customer segmentation and account coverage definition, create forecast models and methodologies. 

Example Responsibilities

  • Design processes, systems and tools to deliver analytics to drive overall growth and sales productivity
  • Analyze effectiveness of pipeline management and conversion 
  • Create commission plans, territory definitions and account segmentation
  • Ensure planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately aligned with other GTM initiatives (ie., marketing, customer success, renewals)
  • Find opportunities to automate manual processes that improve customer experience and sales team efficiency 
  • Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Work directly with key stakeholders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency
  • Take advantage of large amounts of unstructured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings

About you: 

  • 3+ years of revenue strategy and operations, or go to market consulting experience
  • Passionate about technology, data, efficiency, and productivity
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales environments 
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other sales productivity tools
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices for use, integrations and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
  • Self motivated, can-do attitude, can work in a fast paced environment, and provide data-driven business insights

We're a highly distributed, fully remote team, and we welcome applicants from multiple locations. For this role, we have a preference for US East-coast or UK time zones.
